Tomasz Mnich is a recognized team transformation facilitator. He has been running difficult team transformation and conflict facilitation programs for more than 50 organizations.
His clients include NGOs and commercial companies in Banking, Finance, Pharma, Production, E-Commerce and ICT sectors across Western Europe, CEE and Poland. Before he has been managing large divisions and leading organizational changes in US, Europe & CEE countries for 11 years. He worked for F.Hoffman La-Roche as a managing director of Global Shared Service Center, V-ce Chief Operating Officer for AIG CFG, CEO Advisor of Getin International on CEE market and IT Director for Credit Agricole.
Tomasz Mnich is an author of The Why Method™ – a process to transform business results by developing high performing management teams. He serves as an editor and publisher of the Leadership Excellence Magazine in Poland.

Arthur Jones – Organization Designing Facilitator
Arthur Jones has a forty years career in business, the last twenty as a consultant specializing in organization change. Arthur has made major contribution to our understanding in the field of organization design and change.
He is an author of the Getting to Breakthrough™ method; a process to transform business results by designing high performing organization.
He worked as a manager and consultant for Procter & Gamble for 20 years. As an internal consultant, Arthur designed Europe wide organizations in Product Supply, Laundry Detergent and for Pampers. Each of these organizations worked delivering savings and increases in market share.
Arthur’s clients include United Nations Agencies and commercial companies in industries such as Food, Finances, Telecommunications and Engineering across Europe.
